The Advanced Placement (AP) Program is a voluntary program that offers students an opportunity to take one or more college-level courses while still in high school. We are proud to offer a new AP Capstone/Diploma Program starting next year. Armstrong is one of a few schools in Minnesota to be approved for this program, and we are very excited to offer it for our students. Click here to learn more about Advanced Placement.

District News
Lakeview Elementary School fifth-grade teacher Wilbur Winkelman was named Robbinsdale Area Schools’ 2018 Teacher of the Year during an evening ceremony May 9. Winkelman has taught in the district since 2017, and has been a teacher for 18 years.
"It's quite an honor that my staff would submit a recognition for this award," Lillie said. "To be director of the year is really quite humbling, quite surprising."
