Armstrong BARR Scholarship

Building on a strong and well-established foundation, Armstrong High School has been awarded a BARR (Building Assets, Reducing Risks) THRIVE Scholarship for the 2025-26 school year. 

RVA Graduation 2024

The end of the school year marks a time of celebration, reflection, and pride as we honor the accomplishments of the Robbinsdale Area Schools Class of 2025. Whether students are completing high school, earning a diploma through our Adult Academic Program, or graduating from specialized transition services, each ceremony is a meaningful milestone. 

Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030

At its May 20 meeting, the Reimagine Rdale: Vision 2030 Team studied the condition and capacity of Rdale’s school buildings—ranking facilities based on data and discussing how to align future investments with instructional priorities and long-term sustainability.

Robbinsdale Area Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Meals will be provided to children ages 1 year through 18 years without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

2025 Spring Powwow

The beat of the drum echoed through Robbinsdale on May 10, as vibrant regalia, spirited dancing, and powerful songs brought the annual spring powwow to life—courtesy of the Rdale American Indian Education Program.

Isolated Power Outages

UPDATE at 8:35 a.m.: Power has been restored to Forest Elementary and FAIR School Crystal. 

Three of our buildings are currently experiencing power outages—Forest Elementary, FAIR School Crystal, and Crystal Learning Center, which houses the Robbinsdale Transition Center. Most of our schools have backup generators, which are running and providing basic power.
