Softball

What makes softball so unique is the wide range of skills an athlete learns playing on the diamond. Hitting, throwing, catching, and base-running are the physical tools athletes enhance, but lessons in dealing with pressure, dealing with success and failure, and supporting teammates make baseball a great high school sport.
