Stay informed using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Robbinsdale Area Schools (Rdale) wants to make sure families stay connected and informed throughout their student's educational journey by using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Here are the key steps to accessing important information online:

1. Log in to Infinite Campus Parent Portal

The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is the most important way to stay connected to your student’s educational journey. It provides secure, easy access to schedules, transportation, grades, attendance, and more: Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Parent Portal accounts are created automatically when students first enroll in Rdale. Your username follows this format: [last name][first initial][last four digits of your phone number] (example: williamsd3006). Login details, including your username and password, were emailed to the address you provided at enrollment.

If you are new to Rdale, start by selecting “New Parent - Claim Account” on the login page and follow the prompts.

For help with your account, including locating your username or resetting your password, email registrar@rdale.org or contact your student’s school. Please include your student’s name when emailing.

2. Download the Parent App

Stay connected on the go by downloading the Campus Parent mobile app:

3. Update Contact Information

Accurate contact information is essential to receive school and district communications. Please review your email, phone number, and communication preferences within Parent Portal. If updates are needed, follow the steps at the bottom of this post, or contact your school or email registrar@rdale.org (include your student’s name).

4. Family Support

We recognize that language and technology barriers can make it difficult to access school information. Rdale offers support, including:

If using Infinite Campus Parent Portal isn't an option right now:

  • Bus Routes: Email transportation@rdale.org for assistance.
  • Teacher Placement/Schedules: Contact your student’s school directly for details.

5. Educational Benefits and Free Meals

Every student receives one free breakfast and lunch each school day through Minnesota’s Free School Meals Program.

Families are strongly encouraged to complete the Application for Educational Benefits. Doing so may qualify your student for reduced fees on transportation, athletics, and activities—and it helps schools access important funding and discounts that benefit all students.
